The ENITRE TRIPLEX Property! The Triplex has two buildings on the property with three separate units. It allows you to travel with a large group but still have individual privacy. Each unit has its own living room, kitchen, and outdoor space. These arrangements can accommodate 16 comfortably. The layout of the three units is as follows: Main Home- 4 bedroom (1 king, 3 queens)/3 bath; Upper Duplex- 2 bedroom (2 queens)/1 bath; Lower Duplex- 2 bedroom (2 queens)/1 bath. Sitting in between the two buildings is the private heated pool. This outdoor space also features a natural gas grill, outdoor shower, beach and pool toys. A valid ID and completion of signed electronic rental agreement will be requested once booking is confirmed. 25+ to rent. Quiet hours strictly enforced from 10pm-7am.
House Rules
-Our Triplex is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Clearwater Beach. We observe strict "quiet hours" after 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors (and a noise ordinance is enforced by the City). We ask that you respect the neighbors by keeping music to a reasonable volume during the day, and refraining from any music/loud noise in the evenings. -Once a booking is made you will be emailed a Rental Agreement for you to sign and return it to us electronically within one week of booking. Once we receive the fully signed Rental Agreement then your dates will be reserved. -Upon your arrival you will be provided a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and dish washing hand soap. If you run out of these items during your stay you may purchase such additional items as you may need. You should also bring your own personal toiletries. -Property features audio/video security cameras, outdoors, at each of the three entrances.
Other Details to Note
The Triplex sits in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is surrounded by other non-rental homes. We request that you respect the neighborhood, by adhering to the city's quiet hours (10pm to 8am). The city may impose fines for breaking the noise ordinance. The property may not be used to host events or parties.

Neighborhood
Just north of the main drag of Clearwater Beach sits a quiet residential neighborhood called "North Beach". The neighborhood features multiple accesses to both the beach and to the intercoastal. Parking is not permitted on the streets, but the Triplex should provide ample parking during your stay. Because there is no public parking, even in the busiest of the season, the North Beach Beaches remain relatively uncrowded.

The neighborhood features many active routes for biking, jogging, walking. There is parking for up to 5 cars in the two driveways at the property. Uber/Lyft into town usually runs around $5 and takes 3-4 minutes. Biking into town can take about 10 minutes, and walking can take 30 minutes.
