You should stay here! This is my second stay at one of Ryan and Amy’s properties - they are top-notch. The location can’t be beat, so close to the beach! Very peaceful but you’re still close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Clearwater Beach if that’s the adventure you choose. I am female and was traveling solo, I felt very safe at this property. Heated pool was clutch after beach days. Super comfy bed, good pillows, clean spacious bathroom. The interior is thoughtfully designed functionally and decor wise - I want them to design my future beach home. I had every little thing I needed to cook meals at home (Publix is close), the appliances were nice. I’m spoiled with a gas range at home and even the flattop stove cooked well. Will stay again!

We booked the cottage for our anniversary and we loved it. The neighborhood was very quiet but still a short ride from all the shops and restaurants. 32 steps from the front door of the main house would land you on the beach, maybe 50 or so from the carport. Super convenient. The beach was lovely, and not crowded at all. Everyone was spread out far enough to where you had privacy even on the public beach. The check in and parking instructions were very detailed, and the cleaners do an excellent job between stays. I will definitely be back in the future. P.S. this is a great area for seeing dolphins!! (I'd recommend Fins Up tours) There are also manatees that come pretty close to the shore!

We had a great stay at Ryan’s beach house. Check in was smooth and Ryan was very communicative. It is very close to the beach, just a few mins to walk. We appreciated having beach gear available to use, such as chairs, umbrella, and boogie board. There were also beach towels. That saved us having to pack those items. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and upon arrival everything was spotless. Having four bedrooms was perfect for our family. The pool was warm and was cleaned/maintained when we were there. Just a note, if you want to eat at the restaurants or shop, it is a very long walk. We did drive down which is fine but some days it was very hard to find parking. It was spring break so that could be why. There is a trolley though that we didn’t end up using. The home is on the north end of Clearwater beach so it is very quiet and peaceful with no crowds. We had a great stay and would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay here. The place was incredibly clean—honestly the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The beds were also amazingly comfortable with really nice bedding. The space itself is on the smaller side, but the outdoor eating and hangout areas make it feel much bigger and give you plenty of room to relax. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The grill was also great, and being hooked up to natural gas meant we didn’t have to worry about swapping propane tanks. The pool was warm and just as clean as the rest of the property, and our kids had an absolute blast. We were also impressed by how well stocked everything was—there were tons of pool toys, beach toys, life vests, wagons, and chairs available to use. Overall, a wonderful, thoughtfully set-up place to stay. We’d absolutely come back.

Great place! Small but roomy. Very cute place. One bedroom was a little small but worked. Had everything we needed. Didn’t get to use the pool. Not the idea place if you are looking to sun around the pool as it doesn’t get much sun. We will definitely look Ryan up again and if he has other places when we go back next year.

After a week in Orlando and visiting multiple Disney parks this was an excellent place to relax and recharge. Coming from England and first time using airbnb in USA we had no idea what to expect. We VERY pleased with hosts and booking. Lovely heated pool. Very comfy bed with quality bedding. In great area and so close to beautiful beach. In a welcomed quiet residential area but Easy walk to central busy lively area. Thank you x

We had such a great time at Ryan’s home. We have stayed at many rental homes over the years, and we will most likely remember this home as one of our favorite vacation places. The house was well supplied for cooking, going to the beach, playing with the grandkids, and enjoying the outdoors. It was beautifully decorated and clean throughout. The south beach area is a five minute drive away and we had a good time with the shops, restaurants, and attractions, but it can get kind of hectic with all the people, cars, and paid parking. It was so nice to be able to pick up some great local food to-go and head back to the house for a lovely meal on the porch or outdoors on the back patio. The beach is very walkable and, oh my, all the shells and sand dollars! The beach was very peaceful and beautiful too. I could go on and on. Thank you, Ryan, for sharing your wonderful home with us and for providing a much needed break from a long winter back home. Many great memories were made!

2nd stay during this vacation trip. The Cottage is ideal for couples wanting a private, peaceful location only yards from the most beautiful beach in Florida. Everything you need is provided including beach gear/towels. Not far from restaurants with transport running past the door. Great property and brilliant host, both are highly recommended.
