After a week in Orlando and visiting multiple Disney parks this was an excellent place to relax and recharge. Coming from England and first time using airbnb in USA we had no idea what to expect. We VERY pleased with hosts and booking. Lovely heated pool. Very comfy bed with quality bedding. In great area and so close to beautiful beach. In a welcomed quiet residential area but Easy walk to central busy lively area. Thank you x

We had such a great time at Ryan’s home. We have stayed at many rental homes over the years, and we will most likely remember this home as one of our favorite vacation places. The house was well supplied for cooking, going to the beach, playing with the grandkids, and enjoying the outdoors. It was beautifully decorated and clean throughout. The south beach area is a five minute drive away and we had a good time with the shops, restaurants, and attractions, but it can get kind of hectic with all the people, cars, and paid parking. It was so nice to be able to pick up some great local food to-go and head back to the house for a lovely meal on the porch or outdoors on the back patio. The beach is very walkable and, oh my, all the shells and sand dollars! The beach was very peaceful and beautiful too. I could go on and on. Thank you, Ryan, for sharing your wonderful home with us and for providing a much needed break from a long winter back home. Many great memories were made!

2nd stay during this vacation trip. The Cottage is ideal for couples wanting a private, peaceful location only yards from the most beautiful beach in Florida. Everything you need is provided including beach gear/towels. Not far from restaurants with transport running past the door. Great property and brilliant host, both are highly recommended.

We stayed at Amy and Ryan's place after Christmas through the New Year. The house was beautiful with ample space for our large party. It was modern, while charming and pristine. The heated pool and hot tub were an added bonus either before we headed to the beach for the day or after. As for the location, it was IDEAL. It was right across from a private beach, which felt like it was our own (and the hosts provided a beach cart, chairs, an umbrella and toys!). The neighborhood was serene, while also just a 5-8 minute drive from Starbucks, shops and great restaurants. Last, but not least, Ryan was a proactive communicator who provided all the instructions we needed for our stay, as well as recommendations for the area. We had an amazing time and hope to visit again soon.

If you are looking to stay in Clearwater Beach, we had a much better experience at this place in North Clearwater Beach. We have stayed in CWB multiple times. We usually stay south of the causeway (crowds/traffic). 1.5 miles north of the causeway is this place in the north CWB neighborhood. It is residential-no hotels/restaurants. There are the houses on the beach (public beach access), a small neighborhood road and then this place. You can see the waters of the Gulf from the front door. About a mile away are local favs like Palm Pavillion and Clear Sky Café. The beach isn’t crowded at all. This place has a bunch of beach carts, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. available. It also has a nice private patio with chair/table and a hot tub. The house is great. It has two bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms and a third bedroom. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Ryan was easy to communicate with and helpful. We would stay here again and recommend giving it a try.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family Christmas vacation. The location is fantastic—close to the beach, yet private and quiet, which made it feel like a true getaway. The home was very clean, well maintained, and had great amenities that made our stay comfortable and easy. The pool was a big hit and a perfect bonus. Ryan was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this was the ideal spot for a relaxing, family-friendly vacation, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at Ryan’s place was memorable. It is a very nice house and felt like home. We were very particular about a very clean space and Ryan did a fantastic job in getting everything cleaned for our stay especially during Christmas time. Place is just few steps away from beach and located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Our neighbors in cottage were super nice. This will surely my goto place whenever I visit Clearwater

We loved our stay at Ryan's Airbnb! The accommodations were perfect; everything was brand new and looked even better than the pictures. We had more than enough space to feel comfortable and at home. The entire space felt baby-friendly for our 2 year old, and we loved spending time in the pool and walking to the beach that is just steps away from the property! The beach was extremely private feeling due to the neighborhood not having any street parking, so you really felt like you had it all to yourself. Highly recommend this spot; we'll definitely be back and hope to come back with more family since there are so many rooms / options to accommodate a big party!

The house is very relaxing and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The location is perfect for Clearwater beach access and activities. We could not tell a hurricane went through this location. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be back again!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
