Heated POOL- 99 Steps 2 BEACH- Coastal Lower Unit

Our Lower unit features an updated open kitchen and family room. Two outdoor spaces- one off of the front, and another off of the back. The two bedrooms (one King and one Queen) and an accessible bathroom (two sinks and roll-in shower) in between. The shared Heated Pool is just through the gate with a shared outdoor area with tons of additional seating. Beach towels and chairs included! Best of all, the beach is just a few houses down. New free Pickleball Courts down the street!

House Rules

-Our Property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Clearwater Beach. We observe strict "quiet hours" after 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors (and a noise ordinance is enforced by the City). We ask that you respect the neighbors by keeping music to a reasonable volume during the day, and refraining from any music/loud noise in the evenings. -Once a booking is made you will be emailed a Rental Agreement for you to sign and return it to us electronically within one week of booking. Once we receive the fully signed Rental Agreement then your dates will be reserved. -Upon your arrival you will be provided a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and dish washing hand soap. If you run out of these items during your stay you may purchase such additional items as you may need. You should also bring your own personal toiletries. -Property features a security cameras, outdoors, at the entrance.

Neighborhood

The North Beach neighborhood is a great respite from the hustle-and-bustle of Clearwater Beach. It is generally very quiet, and even in the busiest times of the year, the beaches are still serene and peaceful.

After a week in Orlando and visiting multiple Disney parks this was an excellent place to relax and recharge. Coming from England and first time using airbnb in USA we had no idea what to expect. We VERY pleased with hosts and booking. Lovely heated pool. Very comfy bed with quality bedding. In great area and so close to beautiful beach. In a welcomed quiet residential area but Easy walk to central busy lively area. Thank you x

My family and I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been more perfect — the beach was just a very short walk away, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. The pool is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully maintained, and a wonderful place to relax when I wasn’t at the beach. The atmosphere was peaceful, the space was comfortable, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway

This place is amazing!! The beach is literally a 2 minute walk away! The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and the ice maker made plenty of ice!! The owners provided plenty of beach chairs, a cooler, wagon, umbrellas, and beach towels! They also had a newer washer and dryer and supplied Tide pods to wash!! The beds were super comfy, the air conditioning worked very well, and the pool was an amazing plus!!! We loved our stay, and we will be back again in the future! This was hands down the best vacation we’ve had in Florida! Thank you so much, Ryan! Your place was amazing!

This rental was incredible! It was even better than described and had everything we needed to have a successful family trip. The home was updated/ renovated and very well decorated. The beds were comfortable , and the space was so nice. Private little patio off the back bedroom with direct access to the pool. The beach was a stones throw from the house and access was private and easy. No fighting with parking or other beach goers to find a spot. This will be a new regular retreat for us. 10 out of 10!

I absolutely loved this place! The location gives you great beach access but also close enough to enjoy all the beach town restaurants and activities. If you are a beach walker or hunter this is the place for you I found over 100 sanddollars.

Find us

Parking for 1 car in the driveway directly in front of the Unit. The neighborhood is very walkable. If you aren't bringing a car, Uber/Lyft is abundant. You can also rent bikes/golf carts if you'd like (from Paddleboard Rentals)
