House Rules
-Our Property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Clearwater Beach. We observe strict "quiet hours" after 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors (and a noise ordinance is enforced by the City). We ask that you respect the neighbors by keeping music to a reasonable volume during the day, and refraining from any music/loud noise in the evenings. -Once a booking is made you will be emailed a Rental Agreement for you to sign and return it to us electronically within one week of booking. Once we receive the fully signed Rental Agreement then your dates will be reserved. -Upon your arrival you will be provided a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and dish washing hand soap. If you run out of these items during your stay you may purchase such additional items as you may need. You should also bring your own personal toiletries. -Property features a security cameras, outdoors, at the entrance.

Neighborhood
The North Beach neighborhood is a great respite from the hustle-and-bustle of Clearwater Beach. It is generally very quiet, and even in the busiest times of the year, the beaches are still serene and peaceful.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the Main Home, along with the Side Patio, and the Shared Pool area (from 8am-10pm). Main Home Guests have two parking spaces in front driveway and one on the side.

Parking for 1 car in the front (2 small cars), and 1 car on the side. The neighborhood is very walkable. If you aren't bringing a car, Uber/Lyft is abundant. You can also rent bikes/golf carts if you'd like (from Paddleboard Rentals)
