Our Upper unit features an open kitchen and dining area, flooded with natural light by all of the surrounding windows. There is a nice outdoor balcony off of the front, with a high table, chairs, and a lounger. The two spacious bedrooms (each with a Queen bed) also have a tub/shower bathroom in between. The shared Heated Pool is just downstairs with a shared outdoor area with tons of seating. Beach towels and chairs included! Best of all, the beach is just a few houses down. Pickleball close-by!

House Rules

-Our Property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Clearwater Beach. We observe strict "quiet hours" after 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors (and a noise ordinance is enforced by the City). We ask that you respect the neighbors by keeping music to a reasonable volume during the day, and refraining from any music/loud noise in the evenings. -Once a booking is made you will be emailed a Rental Agreement for you to sign and return it to us electronically within one week of booking. Once we receive the fully signed Rental Agreement then your dates will be reserved. -Upon your arrival you will be provided a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and dish washing hand soap. If you run out of these items during your stay you may purchase such additional items as you may need. You should also bring your own personal toiletries. -Property features a security cameras, outdoors, at the entrance.

Neighborhood

The North Beach neighborhood is a great respite from the hustle-and-bustle of Clearwater Beach. It is generally very quiet, and even in the busiest times of the year, the beaches are still serene and peaceful.

We rented the upper unit for a few days. It is a nice and small place, very well equipped and clean. All equipment are well maintained. There is even a stackable stool in the bathroom for kids to stand so that they can reach the sink. There is no dishwasher. The washing machine, dryer, and beach gears are located at the common area, shared by the lower unit and main house. The pool is well heated and most of the time shaded. The beach is a short walk from the house, it is quiet and nice.

Ryan was always responsive and easy to connect with as needed from the start of our visit all the way through. The property was perfect for our family as we got to enjoy the calm/quietness of the north beach area but close enough that we could still enjoy all of Clearwater has to offer closer to the hotel zone area. Would strongly recommend the property!

Ryan Is The Most Accommodating Host On The Island! The Property Doesn’t Fall Short! The Stay Couldn’t Have Been Better And When We Return It Will Be Here Without A Doubt!! The Price Is Worth It To Be Steps Away From The Beach The Pool Was Clean And Had Nice Touches All Around Couldn’t Have Been Better And Is A Great Deal For The Quality!

We really enjoyed our stay! The beach is just steps away and the location in north Clearwater beyond the resorts makes for much less crowds. Definitely would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is a short walk away and beautiful, away from the crowds. The place was pristine, well decorated, comfortable and convenient. Our hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Parking for 1 car in the side driveway. The neighborhood is very walkable. If you aren't bringing a car, Uber/Lyft is abundant. You can also rent bikes/golf carts if you'd like (from Paddleboard Rentals)
