We are happy to have you as our guests and hope you enjoy your stay at The House! However, we ask you to help by respecting and caring for our home and observing our House Rules. 1. NO SMOKING in the home at any time. If you smoke outside please put all butts in the container and not around the yard. 2. Please do NOT sit on the couch, beds, or chairs with wet clothing, or with lotion, oil, sand or chlorine on your skin. 3. Please wipe your sandy or wet feet before walking in the house. 4. Do NOT dispose of sanitary towels, tampons, Kleenex, paper towels, baby diapers in the toilets - take to garbage! We will have to charge you the plumbing costs. 5. Please keep the house clean and tidy during your stay. 6. The spa is heated. Please remember to turn the spa heater 'OFF' when you are done using it. The spa is serviced twice a week. 7. Please do NOT take glass of any kind in the spa. If glass breaks in the spa, you or the next guests can cut themselves. 8. Children are to be supervised by the tenants at all times in the spa area. 9. Please clean up outside grill area after using to avoid attracting bugs. 10. Garbage pickup and recycle day is on Thursdays. Garbage and trash must be bagged and placed in the appropriate trash container (large black container located outside). Place the container on the curb with the black arrow facing the street, on late Wednesdays (not before 7pm) as pick up is early A.M. the next morning. Remove container from street back to the property on the same day as collection. Recycling is encouraged; please use the blue bin located outside for it. Don't put any garbage bags in the recycling container! 11. Clearwater Beach is a barrier island; during a storm, the electricity may go out for short periods of time. This is normal. There are flashlights in the house. We ask that children do not use them as toys so that the batteries will be fresh in case you need to use the lights. 12. We know accidents happen, so if you or a guest breaks something or causes any damage, please be honest and notify us immediately of any damage, breakage or malfunction. 13. There is NO parking on the street or the grass. You have to park your vehicles at the property (garage or parking space in front of garage). Please lock your cars. 14. We accept one small dog (under 25lbs). Some exceptions may be made please contact owner. All Dogs must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES when outside of the house. Clean up after your dog, both on and off property. 15. Please be courteous to the neighbors and respect the privacy of our Cottage guests by keeping the noise to a minimum. There is no loud noise permitted after dusk on the island. The backyard patio is reserved for The Cottage guests only. 16. The Lead booker for The House must be over 28 years of age and present during the dates of the rental period. Thank you for your cooperation regarding the above. ENJOY YOUR STAY!

Regarding house entry, each guest party will receive a digital entry code before arrival. Please check your inbox for your entry code. No house keys are needed. ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: To access our property, you need to use your personal 10 digit Access Code that will be sent to you in a separate email. Note1: Press the [SCHLAGE] oval button to turn on the keypad backlight if necessary. Note2: There are two entry doors at The House. The code works for both, but you will need to set them up separately. USING THE 10-DIGIT ACCESS CODE TO UNLOCK: 1. Enter the 10-digit Access Code. Each digit must be entered within 10 seconds.  2. After hearing the ascending tone and while the [SCHLAGE] oval button flashing green light , open the door. CREATE YOUR OWN 3 - 6 DIGIT PERSONALIZED CODE: 1. Choose a 3-6 digit Personalized Code to use during your stay. 2. Enter the above 10-digit Access Code. 3. After hearing the ascending tone and while the [SCHLAGE] oval button flashing green light, immediately (within 10 seconds) press the [SCHLAGE] oval button and key-in the 3-6 digit Personalized Code of your choice, then press the [SCHLAGE] oval button to finalize your own Personalized code.  Note: a. Each digit must be entered within 10 seconds.  b. If your Personalized Code has been used by other user, you will hear the descending tone and see the [SCHLAGE] oval button flashing red. In this case, please try a new Personalized Code. USING YOUR OWN PERSONALIZED CODE TO UNLOCK: 1. Enter your own Personalized Code. Each digit must be entered within 10 seconds. 2. Press the [SCHLAGE] oval button. 3. After hearing the ascending tone and while the [SCHLAGE] oval button flashing green light, open the door. TO LOCK THE DOOR:  The door should lock automatically from outside when closing the door.
